Barrio House always my first choice. Staff kind, helped with elderly parents. Wi-Fi, car park, restaurant, TV, no pets, air con. Has everything I need. Coming back for xmas.

The washroom in my room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very helpful and responsive to any issues that arose, such as when the toilet bowl wasn't flushing. They promptly arranged for me to switch rooms and helped me with my belongings. I also enjoyed the included breakfast, of high quality. The little cafe in the hotel added to the cozy atmosphere. I had a great experience at Barrio House Mactan and would recommend it.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, even comforting me after a motorcycle incident. The place felt safe and they even paid for the motorcycle when I didn't have change. The free breakfast was delicious and the price was great. The staff really made the experience enjoyable.
